Learning Support - Meeting the needs of students with learning difficulties-information for parents

who have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Learning Support department.

A team of HTLA’s and  teaching assistants who are usually attached to a curriculum area support students in mainstream lessons and provide additional targeted support.

Attendance

Brixham College is committed to providing a full and efficient education for all students.  Regular attendance at the College is essential to ensure that each individual gains the maximum benefit from the education we offer.  To this end we will do all we can to ensure that all students attend College every day and that any problems that get in the way of full attendance are identified and acted upon as soon as possible.
