Show my Homework – at some point…

We received the the following message from SMHW yesterday – it would seem that normal service has been resumed this morning but understand that it might have caused some angst for those trying to complete tasks last night. If you did have any problems with home learning  – don’t worry! All staff are aware of this issue and will understand!


We are currently seeing slow response times when logging into or accessing Show My Homework, which has resulted in users being unable to access their accounts.

We are presently undertaking urgent work to address the performance issues identified. Unfortunately, this work is unavoidable given the problems experienced today, however, we believe it is a necessary measure to ensure Satchel can provide an acceptable level of service to our users.

We apologise for this interruption to service and please be assured that we are doing our utmost to address this as quickly as possible.
